Hey postcrossers!

I'm Eglė, an 18-year-old high school senior from a sleepy but charming little town of Kretinga, Lithuania. To tell you a little about myself, I'm into history, all things fantasy (from Harry Potter and LOTR books to superhero movies), classic and indie rock music is my favorite and I have a very special place in my heart for bulldogs.

One of my bigger hobbies is publicistic writing - every month I write at least one article to the local newspaper. And like all people everywhere these days, I dream of traveling around the world. I've been to Germany, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic and Denmark before, but I'd love to see the world beyond Europe. And one day soon, I certainly will.

I'm very excited about the idea of receiving postcards from all over the world. I don't have any special preferences for them, just send me anything that you think nicely represents you or your country. However, I'd love it if you added one name of any kind of book that, in your opinion, I just have to read. Any genre will do.
