About Britta...

Hi everyone!

I am 33 years old and live in the very north of Germany.

I am really looking forward to send and receive many postcards to/from all over the world!

My hobbies are reading, listening to music, taking photographs and meeting my friends. Travelling is a very huge passion of mine. I really love to get in touch with other cultures and get to know as many different parts of the world as possible.

As I am very interested in foreign countries and cities, I would be very happy to receive postcards with landscape or city images (I do like mulitiview-cards just as much as sigle-view ones).

I do also like postcards with famous quotations, proverbs or mottoes from your country -or simply just plain text in your language. I´ll try and translate it, that´s always great fun for me.

Here are some more suggestions for cards that I would really love to receive :). I hope they make it a little easier for you to choose a card for me as I myself always find it very hard to choose card for Postcrossers, whose profiles are empty...!

- "Lali"-cards, just recently found out about them and
absolutely love them :)
- lighthouses
- castles
- manor houses
- ruins
- mountains
- typical landscape around your hometown
- typical wild animals living in your country
- paintings by your countries famous painters
- Inge Löök (Grannies)
- The Moomins
- Zdeněk Miler´s lovely Mole
- map cards
- Royal Families
- bridges
- Aurora Borealis/Australis
- sheep or penguins
- nouvelles images
- characters from movies & TV-Series, esp. The Simpsons,
Fururama, Friends, Big Bang Theory,....
- Totoro
- Hello Kitty & Nijntje & Sheepworld
- poetry/poesy
- football stadiums
- seasonal greeting cards

No idea what to write? Here are some suggestions:

- What do you see outside yor window?
- How did you become a Postcrosser?
- What did you have for breakfast?
- ...or just anything you want to share :)
- ...or just draw something if you don´t know what to write! I´ll
appreciate that very much!

But these are just suggestions :). I'll be really happy with any postcard! But to be honest - I don´t really like ad-/free postcards... Unless they are really, really funny.

+++Please send the cards _without_ an envelope+++

I normally register the cards the day I receive them. But if you´ve got the feeling, that a card takes a little too long to be registered - dont´t hesitate to ask if the card has already been delivered to my mailbox!

Thanks a lot for reading my long profile to the end :)!

Cheers and happy postcrossing!
