Hello there, I'm Eacon, a 25-year old biochemist from Bern, the capital city of Switzerland.

I love to write and receive postcards - it's just the right mix between a personal message, a pretty picture and interesting culture (the stamps tell you a lot about a country!).
It is fascinating to imagine all these people all over the world taking some time to write me a message or their joy when they receive one themselves. I think if everybody in the world was on postcrossing, it would be a much better place! ;D

I enjoy pop culture, science and really anything nerdy.
