Duimelijn

Hi my name is Trudy - nickname Duimelijn (in English Thumbelina), thanks for sending me a postcard!

I live in a town called Biddinghuizen, together with my husband and youngest daughter (and our cats Mudley and Phoebe, Senna the crossbreed Dachshund and 1 chicken).

Besides cross-stitching, Hardanger needlework, geocaching, reading, listening to all sorts of music and making long walks with our dog in my spare time, I work at the municipality of Dronten as administrative assistant.

Although we don't have cold (or white) winters, I love this season: the wind playing with the leaves, candlelight, reading a book wrapped in a blanket sipping tea or hot chocolate...

I have no real preference: I love angels, starry skies, the color green and bears, but do not love kids-cards.
