Greetings from Canada!!

I love to travel but don't get to go anywhere very often which is probably one of the main reasons I collect postcards. The furthest place I had the opportunity to visit is Rio de Janeiro, Brazil where I taught English in an orphanage and assisted in a community daycare.

I've been collecting postcards off and on for about eight years mostly through groups on Yahoogroups.

My favorite cards are:

Please do NOT send:
- advertising
- antiquated (old) cards please.
- crude
- hand-made
- religious (except churches, I like famous churches)
- used

I prefer them in an envelope and unwritten (since I collect the postcards and my 7 year old son collects the stamps) but would love a note included about you or your area. I use the postcards to teach my children about geography and famous landmarks etc... If you prefer not to send in an envelope then that is okay, I am just happy to get a card.
