Hi,
My name is Daina and I am from Riga (the capital of Latvia).

My city is not big Europe-wide, but it is vastly green and cozy.
I am lucky to be living on the coast of Baltic sea. Even though it is not always warm to swim in, I profoundly love it. I enjoy taking walks on the seashore, listening to the sound of waves and wind.

One thing that Latvia doesn't have is - mountains. Mountains will never leave anyone indifferent, once you see their might and majesty.

I would appreaciate postcards that show famous landmarks of the city you live in, or the natural wonders of your country like sea, waterfalls, forests or mountains if you have them. I would appreciate any postcard that you find beautiful and worth sharing with.

Also would love to see a couple of sentences in your native language that I will have fun translating!
