My name is Christine and I live in a small town in Belgium. I have a son aged 21 and a daughter aged 16.
My daughter goes to art-school and is a great artist. She's a huge fan of everything Japanese and anime.

The region where I live ( the Flemish Ardennes or in Dutch : de Vlaamse Ardennen ) is wellknown to cyclists and because of the Tour of Flanders ( and other cycling races )

I like cooking, swimming and going to the cinema( comedy and fantasy are my favourites and I'm a huge fan of Tim Burton ( the Nightmare before Christmas, Corpse Bride).

I sing in a mixed choir, we practise every week and we have one show every year ( this year 2 performances in November, all Dutch songs )

I am a huge fan of Game of Thrones and Downton Abbey.
I also like the Scandinavian series like The Bridge, The Killing, the Legacy, Follow the money, Real Humans etc.

I would like to receive cards with or about :

- Game of Thrones ( any card would be great )

- Downton Abbey ( I know the show's over, but I would love any card with views or characters from the show )

- angels and fairies

- Tim Burton and scenes from his films ( Corpse Bride, The Nightmare before Christmas, Edward Scissorhands, Frankenweenie, Mars attacks!, Alice in Wonderland (with Johnny Depp), Dark Shadows , etc )

- Disney and Pixar characters ( Toy Story, Cars, etc )

- Marjolein Bastin ( I'm a great fan of her work )

- Hoops and Yoyo

- Wallace and Gromit

- paintings or art by Magritte, Delvaux, Gustav Klimt, Picasso and Salvador Dali ( he's my favourite )

PLEASE NO AD-CARDS, MULTI-VIEW-CARDS OR LANDSCAPE-scenes.

Of course, any other card will do ( especially funny ones ).

And tell me something about where you live, your hobbies or what your favourite dish is (I am quite a good cook, my children like my cooking, anyway ).

You can also write something in your language BUT PLEASE WITH THE TRANSLATIION in english. ( I cannot read or write Japanese, Chinese, Russian or other foreign languages... ) Thanks !

I find that some postcrossers are quite demanding to what kind of card they would like to receive.

I really do try to find a card that fits the demand, but I can only hope that you will like any other card as well.
(there are no cards of city views of my town, sorry ! )
