Hi!

My name is Claire and I'm a Dutch language teacher for adults (like refugees and expats).

I was really into postcrossing when I was a student years ago but then I stopped, can't remember why because I still love to send and receive postcards! Right now I’m on maternity leave and getting kinda bored waiting for the baby so I’m getting back to my old hobby. Hopefully I will find the time to continue once he’s born!

I like to travel, photography, read and get to know about other cultures and language.

I like all kinds of postcards, so surprise me! All cards are highly appreciated but if you like some more information, here’s what I always like (in no particular order):

- A postcard from your country/city (with a view, or retro)
- Vintage postcards
- Art or poetry postcards (especially something you like yourself!)

The only thing I really don't like is a card with a cartoon on it or with animals (I love dogs but not on postcards lol)

You can write on it whatever you like, I'd like to learn a little more about you for example, the place you live or why you picked this card. And a special request for people from non-english countries: could you write me a sentence or two in your own language? (With translation of course)
