About Kate...

Hi there) I am a teacher of English at a sports academy in Russia and I enjoy communication a lot) I'd love to get some interesting postcards from your country, it doesn't matter whether it is in an envelope or not).

#overhearpostcross - this hashtag is for Russian fellow-postcrossers in VK=)))

I am back now from a few gap years of postcrossing and ready for wonderful experiences which help Postcrossing unite the world!

I will be happy to find in my postbox any card you choose for me, but if you might want to know what cards I like a lot - here is a list to give you the idea:
- with nature (various landscapes, mountains, sea, valleys, etc),
- sights (or what you find interesting) of the country you come from,
- flowers (of any kinds and shapes)
- animals (I really love them all!)

And I will appreciate a "cat" postcard in my postbox in loving memory of my fluffy old chap Kesha who had been a wonderful pet for 22 years.

- I have recently picked an interest in "linguistic" cards which depict peculiarities of your native language or the language you like a lot/are learning at the moment=))

- the cards connected with Game of Thrones symbols or the music bands/singers I like, for e.g. POTF, Green Day, Linkin Park or the cards with the images of bands/groups you like,
- sports ( Olympics / Paralympics included, as well as various athletes),
- volunteering for sports events like Sochi-2014 (especially interested in the cards with Sochi views or devoted to the OLY-2014 as I am a Sochi2014 volunteer)

Unfortunately, there are some cards I wouldn't be happy to get:

- Nudity
- Religious cards
- Advertisement cards
- Free cards
- Bad quality cards
- Scary and Horror

Some ideas for you to write on the card if all the ideas have escaped your memory at the moment (it's not obligatory=)):

- The date and your time zone on the card
- Some fun facts about yourself/ your country or just about anything
- Something in your language
- Your favorite quote or happy event in your life
- Your happiest moment of the day/month/year
- Your greatest impression ever

You can draw a funny picture on the card or write a few wishes, decorate the card with stickers or what not - anything that is positive is welcome))

I'm really looking forward to seeing your postcard! ^^

IMPORTANT NOTE!
Dear friends, if you are worried about your cards' arrival - please, do not hesitate to send me a message=)
