Hi there!

I live in the north west of the Netherlands. I love my two longhaired cats (Gino and Harmony) and one curly haired husband (Rob > he is with me in my picture (in Venice)). I work as a graphical designer in Amsterdam. The job is a nice one and I have great collegues but I would like to do more 'arty' things in my spare time.

All kinds of postcards are fine by me, but I do have a preference for ♥ illustrated ones (cartoon, pendrawings etc). I'm also into (black and white) photography. Or take a look at my postcard wall.

One request: It would be very nice to see a (small) drawing made by you.. please please :0) A big thank you for those who have given it their best shot! I appreciate the effort, even when you think you 'can't draw'. Or share with me your credo in life, or who you are, what your dreams are or some secret..anything that is more than wishing me a happy postcrossing..which is also fine! haha. Still here is your chance to write to me... No need to use an envelope, only if you want to.

My hobbies:
I like to draw and try to stay in shape by jogging (just started again with the belgium podcast 'start to run'..).
I'm trying to learn how to sew with a sewingmachine.
I like to read romance (i am not ashamed to admit it), but also the hunger games triology (can't wait till 22nd november for the new movie). Also stories of Sara Addison Allen, Marian Keyes and the bible are books I enjoy reading.
And I will finish a painting for my living room!!! (exclamation marks are for my own encouragement).

Places I have visited recently: Austria (snowboarding), Switzerland (my brother lives in Lausanne), France (Paris I love you), Norway, Italy and 'Dwingeloo' in the Netherlands (largest wet moor of europe). Just came back from Kos (Greece) and had a lovely holiday!!
