Hello, my name is Cathy and I live in Taiwan.l am a senior high student.

When I was a student in elementary school,I am afraid of English class.Because I didn't take English courses before.
I had three foreign English teacher,Ann,Michael and Patrick.They spoke English all the time,and I didn't understand what they said .Alough the native teacher,Tiffany,translated into Chinese sometimes,but she was serious.I hated English most then.

Ann was from Australia when I was the first and second grade student.She was very kind.She would give us some coins,bills or stamps from other countries as presents when we answered the questions correctly.It was pity that I didn't have a chance to get one.

Michale was a serious teacher from the USA when I was in the third and fourth grade. He seldom wore a smile on his face. It made me feel scared.

Patrick was the fifth and sixth grade teacher,who came from Canada.He was the nicest teacher that I have met.He had the students keep a diary or give us the picture to write a short essay in class.He always taught me patiently although I didn't undertand what he said.

Now I love English.I think it is a bridge to communicate with different cultures people.I like reading,listening to the music, watching movies and painting.You can share what the favorite singer,artist,actor(actress)or writer.What you've just watched,listened or read.And everything you want to tell me is welcom.I'd be pleasant to listen.
