Hello, my name is Carolien and I am living in Beverwijk, a city near the Dutch coast. I live together with my partner Jeffrey and our kids, Carlijn and Siem. (3 and 0 years).

I think it's marvellous that the other side of the world seems so far away, but you can fly around the world in less than a week.
For this reason I like the idea of postcrossing and sending postcards all over the world. I imagine my postcard travelling around the world, by plane, truck or else and be touched by several (post)employees and so on.. :-)

In my spare time I like to watch movies, crocket, running and postcrossing.

I'm looking forward to receive postcards from all over the world, particularly with special stamps on it. You make me happy if you write the date on it.

Further more I like postcards with vintage, retro and colourful illustration images. Blackandwhite is also very welcome. But feel free to sent any postcard you like. You can write everything on it, but it would be nice to read how your day was, your favorite food, hobbies or just something funny.
