About Carlos...

Who me? You want to know about me? Whoa! Boring. But since you ask... I live in Portugal, that small rectangle you can see on the low left corner of Europe. I try to survive between work and daily life. I love running, going out, cinema, beach, sun, sea, reading, being with family and friends.
But that´s normal life. I warned you before...

OK, let's go to the reason that brought you here and talk about something more interesting.
I would like to receive normalized real postcards (not site printed or homemade).
A few hints and tips for postcards, if you need it:
I prefer touristic postcards. They can show:
* city views, night views or places you like, of the town/region/country you live in
* monuments or other historical sites
* UNESCO World heritage sites
* landscapes
* nature
* lighthouses
And also...
* Birthday cards in February,
* Christmas cards in December.
But, those are just hints. If you don't have anything on this list, don't worry. Of course, you can send me whatever you want.
Please just avoid sending advertising, religious, children or animal cards. Thanks a lot for your consideration.
Choose a card you like and use it to give me a big surprise.

If you have time, I'd like to have my card stamped and with a few words written. You can refer to the following sugestions for what you could write:
* A little introduction of yourself or your culture or the card you send
* anything is in your mind at the moment, why the card is special to you, a.s.o.
* A famous sentence from a book, a speech, a song, a poem or whatever showing the wisdom of life or providing encouragement
* Your mood today, no matter happy or sad
* What make you happy recently
* The weather of your place
You don't need to include all these in your card, just one point and surprise me... Many thanks!

Try to remember, to put a date on the card, when you wrote it!
And don't forget your ID too!

I check my mail regularly and always try to register the cards at once after arrival, or the next day at the very latest. Please let me know, if you think that I should have already received the card you sent me long time ago!
U2U me when you receive something from me (or if you don't and were supposed to).

You still reading all this and you´re still awake? Now, shoo! Go and pick a card, take a pen and start writing.
I hope to receive your postcard soon and hear something from you… Hurry!
Have a nice day! Take care and... Happy Postcrossing to everyone! :)
