About Camaranne...

Hello! I am a Canadian from the province of Québec. For the past three years, I have been living in Montréal. It is a nice city, the cultural life here is very active, there's always something going on, it's very multicultural and I love that! I have lived in many places, here in Québec and in Europe (France and Spain). I love traveling and discovering new cultures: arts, landscapes, literature, cuisine, architecture, and languages.

I love music, listening to it and playing it (I play the violin - classical, jazz, folk), reading (especially historical novels) and spending time with my friends.

When I was little, I loved writing to my pen pals from different countries (Switzerland, Morocco, Belgium) and, of course, receiving their letters/postcards. I miss it and that's why I am here!

I will be more than happy to receive your postcards and read about you. I don't have a preference about postcards, I would just ask you not to put them in an envelope. There's something special about a postcard that has traveled, with its stamp and everything... :o) In case you need some inspiration, here are some of the things I like: beautiful landscapes, historical buildings (churches, cathedrals, etc.), arts (paintings, sculptures, etc.), music, animals in general (cats and dogs especially), black and white pictures, vintage images. I would also love to receive Christmas/Easter cards or cards about any traditional event/holiday in your country.

I love it when the back of the postcard is fully written :o) You can write something about you. It can be anything: What's your favorite book/poem/movie and why? Your favorite artist. What is your dream/goal in life? A project you're working on right now (professional or personal). The postcard you're sending me : Why did you choose it?

Happy Postcrossing!
