Hello fellow-postcrosser,

I am and always was a big fan of sending real mail. You can imagine how happy I was when I found postcrossing. I started here in 2008, but have been inactive on and off for quite some time. Now I will change this once more.
I am a 30 year old girl from the Netherlands and recently became a mom! I have studied history and am a big fan of reading, painting and poetry. I would describe myself as a creative, optimistic and curious person. So if you send me a card, I would like to have a card with:
-A card with sheep on them. I collect sheep cards :-)
-beautiful nature of your country (I love a picture of woods/trees)
-an interesting picture of daily life in your country (certain way of dressing, typical food, habits, famous symbols, a unique part of daily life in your country, etc.)
-A slightly alternative postcard, more 'art-sy' is also more then welcome. Something that shows the world through a surprising angle and how beautiful the world is.

I do not like cards with baby animals, flowers or cats.

I like to look to the beautiful details in life and to enjoy the small pleasures of everyday life. I also enjoy special stamps. If you put your card in an envelope, you can also send me your favorite tea or a great recipe [in English]. I will try to make the food then and will let you know how I liked it!
