Caboodles

Hello All,
I am very excited to have joined postcard crossing *but it is for the second time * my account was deleted because it looked like I was not registering my first cards... please be patient, it took over 6 weeks for the cards to get to me.
I live in a tiny town close to the small town marked on the map. There is 1 small grocery store, 1 restaurant, a little post office and a 1 room library. But I am walking distance to Georgian Bay and it is a short drive to many historical attractions such as Martrys Shine, Saint Marie among the Hurons and Wye Marsh.
I love all kinds of postcards, stamps and to hear about where you live and will be excited to receive anything you send.
At the moment, I live alone - sort of - I have a dog, cat and 6 pet hens. I am greatly interested in permaculture, self-sufficient living, modern homestead and all kinds of earth friendly activities including an organic vegetable garden in the summer.
I have also joined helpx.net which is an international visitor program and hope to be a host to people from around the world since I am not able to travel at this time.
