About Büşra...

I am a 22 year-old Turkish girl from the northernmost part of Turkey, which is quite rich in nature and tranquility with its incredible natural landscapes and misty, wet weather.
I graduated from the university in June, and i am a master student now. I've just started to work as an English teacher as well.

I am a bookworm, I regularly read some books every week. I admire Dostoyevsky, Tolstoy, Chekhov, Bulgakov, Shakespeare, Thomas Hardy, Paulo Coelho, Dante in addition to many Turkish writers.
The artists I adore are:
-Monet -Cezanne -Degas -Sisley -Poussin -Eyck -Van Gogh -Vermeer -Rembrandt -Munch -Klimt -Miro -Jan Steen -Goya -Shishkin

I do love history very much. I am into art, theatre, languages, architecture, football, politics and literature as well. I have recently taken up the violin I had to quit because of university entrance exams a few years ago. I love being in touch with nature, wandering through forests, having a walk by the seaside and spending time in village.

My preferences about postcards would be listed as:
-City landmarks & City views (Single view, please)
-Something characteristic about your country (Food, costume, etc)
-Art & Architecture & Painting
-Historical or literary figures (Writers, Political leaders, etc.)
-Countryside & Villages & Forest
-Anything Scottish (Highlands, tartan, Celtics, Nessie, bagpipes, even Nicola from SNP...In short, anything Scottish is equally favourable)
-Books & Libraries & Quotes especially by poets, writers & Anyhing related to literature
-Classical music (Composers, instruments, ec.)
-Seasonal cards (My favourite seasons are autumn and winter)

Here are some ideas if you don't what to write:
-what you think of Turkey
-your biggest goal, favourite book or song, hobbies, any information about your country... Feel free to share something special and to write something more than "Happy Postcrossing".

Don't worry if you don't have any of those cards I have mentioned above! But please try not to send me postcards with:
Animals & Flowers & Celebrities & Kids\People & Cartoon Characters & AD & Black and white

***Please do NOT put your postcard into envelope unless you like to add something into it like teabag.
***Please date your postcard.
