Hello.. hello and hello to you!

My name is Bas and I live in Hilversum. Hilversum is a small, beautiful town that lies in the middle of The Netherlands (between Amsterdam and Utrecht). My town is often called "media city" since it is the principal centre for radio and television broadcasting in the Netherlands.

I like to be with my husband and our 9 year-old dog (Luna) as much as possible. My hobbies beyond postcrossing include: running, reading, watching movies and baking..

What about my postcard preferences you might ask? All postcards welcome. All will be welcomed and given a good home, but if you want to search the perfect card for me than you should find:
- Vintage-cards
- Paintings (Renaissance, Surrealism, Romanticism, that kind)
- Dogs
- Your country/hometown
- Something that makes you proud (and please tell me why?)

Please add a date on the card. If you don't know what to write: please draw a Rottweiler dog! That should be possible.

I am quick to register postcards and yes you can contact me about cards traveling 60+ days. However, I don't register cards that I haven't received (it can still arrive).
