Hello fellow postcrosser!

I am Merel, currently 20 years old and I live in Groningen, a city in the northern part of the Netherlands. I enjoy sending and receiving postcards, listening to music, playing my violin, the arts, drama, going to the theatre and reading. I like hiking, race skating and rowing (especially being the cox). I'm also a member of an association in which young people study nature. My favourite animals are grasshoppers, butterflies and dragonflies and I love everything that lives in and around the sea. At the moment I am a student at the University of Groningen (RUG) where I study English Language and Culture.

I am interested in the cultures and languages of other people, so I would love it if you could write something about that on your postcard to me. You don't need to write if you don't want to, I also like drawings, poems or other creative things.

I'd like to receive postcards about the following things:
- Nature in every aspect of it (landscapes, animals, plants, the sea, the beach... you name it)
- Cards that show the culture of your country, but preferably no tourist postcards
- Cards about art
- Cards about books of films (like posters)
- Black and white cards

--> Cards can be photographs, paintings, abstract or in detail, I don't really mind as I like everything! I like to be surprised, so if you can't find a card that matches the description above or you have another card you really like you can send it to me! Also postcards that are made by yourself are also wonderful to get in my opinion.
