Hey, everyone!
I'm Natalie (28) from a little town called Bochum, Germany. I got here through a friend of mine and I'm new to the concept, so, hopefully, you won't be disappointed by my first attempts at postcrossing.

Things you need to know about me... Hmmm... Let's see... Like I said, I live in Bochum and I share my apartment with my two crazy cats. I work at a desk job while also getting a degree at university, so I see too much of the insides of boring buildings, which is just one of the reasons why I love the idea of coming home to a mailbox full of postcards from exciting places all over the world.

My hobbies are travelling, reading, spending time with friends and family, my pets, anything DIY, watching movies, going to the theatre, going to concerts, yoga, hiking... Well, basically anything that offers new insights and a change from everyday life.

Some of my favourite things are: Any kind of sweets, London (or most other places in the UK, really, since it's my favourite country in the world), Alice in Wonderland (especially the Mad Hatter and the Cheshire Cat), Sherlock Holmes, Harry Potter, lions, Gilmore Girls, collecting witty quotations and aphorisms, all things Oscar Wilde, paintings by Monet, antiques, comic books... That's all I can think of... For now...

Right now, I'm just excited to be doing this, so I won't request any kind of special postcard. Just send me anything you think I might like and I'll be happy you put in the time and thought to make a complete stranger very happy for a while.

I guess that's all I have to say about myself off the top of my head...
