About Marie...

Servus and Guten Tag! I'm Marie from the upper palatinate in Bavaria, Germany. https://youtu.be/oy8rbZYrRWc
I have recently graduated from Gymnasium (≈ high school) and I will soon start a vocational training to become an event manager, which has been my goal for years. For that I will be moving to Kulmbach, 60km away from my home.

My hobbies are playing drums, cooking, writing letters and cards, traveling, listening to music, playing video games and going to concerts/festivals.
I like drinking water, tea and alcohol. I'm a big fan of beer, especially of the Bavarian beer.

I have 6 cats (in the picture there are 2 of them, Milo on the left and Susi, who sadly left us on the 24th December 2021, on the right) and one dog and I live in a super small village.

I love to learn about different cultures, countries and lifestyles in general.
My dream travel goals are traveling to Singapore, Azerbaijan and the Balkans. If you have any travel stories or recommendations for my next trip, please feel free to tell me!

I can't wait for your postcard! I don't have any preferences on what I want to receive and what not (favorites are not my wishlist, I just like to look back at the cards I saw and thought are nice) They don't have to match any of my interests. I like everything - tourist cards, self-drawn cards, cards with your own photo, cards with pictures or words, everything! Please write something on the postcars, no envelope needed (except you prefer it with one). Some fun facts about you, movie/show/music recommendations, something about your town/country or just how your day was - I'm curious about everything! Don't forget the date and postcard ID! :)
If you want to exchange postcards let me know!
Also, if you have any leftover souvenirs (like magnets, keychains or just bottle caps) lying around or anything else from your country you don't need anymore, feel free to send it with your postcard!

Edit August 2021:
If we swap regularly, I'm sorry for not always replying right away, especially if we're sending more than one postcard most times. I'm not home very often and I want to make sure I take enough time and effort for your mail. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Your mail has probably arrived many weeks ago, so don't worry about lost mail, I just didn't find the time yet
