About Julia...

Hello! My name is Julia and I live in a small town which is 100 km from Moscow.
I teach English and I'm also interested in studying languages myself. Polish is my fav now. My dream is to visit Poland someday.
I've got a wonderful family: a husband and two daughters, 14 and 12 years old. My elder one told me about post crossing, and now I'm into it! My hobbies are reading and cross-stitching. I'm also fond of travelling and sightseeing. I also love theatre. I also spend a lot of my time on making amateur theatrical performances with my daughters' classmates. It's lots of fun!
I will be glad to receive any kind of postcards, especially about:
- sights, traditional costumes, handicrafts and cuisine of the place you live in,
- art and fashion, old-time fashion,
- dolls,
- Audrey Hepburn,
- some old-style cards or really old cards, black/white cards,
- ANYthing that YOU like (and of course you can write about your likes),
- something that is just about your country, city or town,
- everything about Britain, London, the Royal family and the Beatles, and "Downton Abbey",
- I also like "Alice in Wonderland", it's been my favourite book since childhood,
- cards with book illustrations and book characters,
- people (photos, illustrations, art, portraits)
- really old cards (I've got a few cards which were published in the 70-80's of the last century and a few from the 30's).
My WALL of favourites can give you the idea of my preferences and likes. These are cards that I found on other post crossers' wall but haven't received myself.
Actually, EVERY card will be interesting to me! So feel free to send me ANY card that YOU like yourself.
You'll make me happy if you WRITE a few words about yourself, your family, hobbies, the place you live in or its history, what books you like, what surprised you recently, what you have been doing today, etc.

If you write your address on the card or in a message, I will be happy to send you a thank you card back! (according to your wishes mentioned on your profile)
I scan all my sent and received cards and I register the cards on the day I receive them.

PS Please, don't send me free ad cards! They are so boring and impersonal. Thank you!
PPS Though I do like old advertisements))
And Happy Post Crossing!
