My name is Brigitte. I live in Siegburg, a small town between Bonn and Cologne.

I like to read, especially Terry Pratchett, thrillers and mysteries. I sew bags and spend time with my friends and family.
When the sun is shining I like to go for a walk or spend time on my little balcony looking after my flowers. I love flowers and bees and butterflies. My favorite flowers are sunflowers, Peony and lilac

If I get the chance I try to discover shooting stars. I think space and the stars are fascinating.

I like to visit castles and palaces, old towns and museums.
This year we didn´t get to visit the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam. But "Aufgeschoben ist nicht aufgehoben" (postponed is not cancelled).

For me, the best TV-Show of all time is Doctor Who. Apart from that I like to watch The big bang theory and crime series.

I started to learn finnish on Duolingo so I can understand and write very, very, very little finnish.

No matter what motif, I will be happy about every Postcard I get. But I would love to receive "Women in Science" postcards by Rachel Ignotofsky and Meet Up Cards.
