Hello Postcrossers all over the world,

here I am, my name is Gertrud and I live in a small village in Northern Germany. The region is called East Frisia and it is a very natural place with green meadows and the North Sea coast.
I work as a technical draftswoman. In my leisure time I like reading, cycling and taking photographs. I although love traveling and chatting with friends.
I like rural life and I own a house in which I live with my boyfriend. In our garden we cultivate fruits and vegetable. It's rather nice to sit in the garden during summer times and observe the birds and insects in the green surroundings.
I'm happy for every postcard I'll receive but may I ask you to send me a card that:

- belongs to the place or country you live,
- landscapes and typical sceneries
- art or cultural objects, churches, temples, architecture,
- traditional feasts, traditional dancing
- food, like food markets, farming, agriculture
- animals living in your homeland
- art nouveau
- angels
- old postcards, or vintage
- pop art and op art
- ad-cards are absolutely okay, I like them, always looking for them

Hallo Postcrosser überall auf der Welt,

darf ich mich vorstellen, mein Name ist Gertrud und ich lebe in einem kleinen Dorf in Norddeutschland. Diese Region heißt Ostfriesland und es ist eine sehr naturnahe Gegend mit grünen Weiden und der Nordseeküste.
Ich arbeite als Technische Zeichnerin. In meiner Freizeit lese ich gerne, fahre Fahrrad und fotografiere. Außerdem liebe ich Reisen und mich mit Freunden zu unterhalten.
Ich mag das Leben auf dem Land und ich besitze ein Haus in dem ich mit meinem Freund/Partner lebe. In unserem Garten wächst Obst und Gemüse. Es ist sehr nett im Garten zu sitzen und die Vögel und Insekten zu beobachten in der Umgebung.
Ich freue mich über jede Postkarte die ich erhalten werde aber darf ich fragen ob ihr mir Karten schicken würdet die:
