About Daria...

Hello everybody!
My name is Dasha. I was born in March 1992.
I grew up in my favorite city of Nizhny Novgorod. In May 2021, I moved to a small town near Moscow.

I like to travel. I spent the summer of 2014 hiking. In the summer of 2013, I traveled to cities in Russia. In October 2016, I hitchhiked to Georgia. In the spring of 2018, I admired tulips near the largest Buddhist temple in Europe. And in the winter of 2020 I managed to visit Siberia! It wasn't cold!
I dream of going to Ukraine, Turkmenistan, Armenia. I want to visit the date line, point Nemo and Pitcairn.
But my main dream is to send a postcard from the post office on Mount Fuji!

I like the national characteristics of different countries. My favorite element in national Russian is kokoshnik. I would be glad if you sent me a postcard in which you will tell about your national costumes.

I remember history and mythology with love. I write stories. So if you send a postcard with a legend about your city, and write about this legend, I will be happy.

Now I am writing my book. It is for old children about the time when they were little (you know that there are no adults, there are only old children).

I also love books by Henry Ryder Haggard, Louis Boussinard and Jack London.

From music I like rock. However, besides bands like Metallica and Saltatio Mortis, I love and can listen to a huge variety of completely different music. He is very fond of balalaika-virtuoso Alexei Arkhipovsky, the composer of Disney - Patrick Doyle and folk music of Russia, Japan and other countries. I love lullabies very much. They are magical.

I love handmade cards. I will be glad if you send us a photo taken by you personally. If you like to walk and take pictures of the river near your village or the old oak tree near your home, this is much more interesting than the map with the Eiffel Tower, which is on all postcards, and can be seen on the Internet.
I'll be happy ... no. I will be very glad if you send me your country's coin. I love letters. I like stamps. If you send a beautiful stamp on the envelope, it will be very cool!
If you want me to answer you, write me your address and your wishes, and I will try to give you a little happiness!

Happy postcrossing!
