Hello, I'm Alison and my husband and I have just moved to the town of Bathurst in New South Wales. Our adult children left home years ago and we were ready to downsize our house and have a change of lifestyle.

Bathurst is a lovely big country town, one of the earliest settlements as Europeans crossed the Blue Mountains. Today it still retains many fine examples of colonial architecture and the wide streets of that era. We are looking forward to getting to know our new hometown better and exploring the surrounding countryside.

I'm retired and enjoy photography and scrapbooking, gardening, books, movies, spending time in nature and catching up with family and friends.

I'm looking forward to receiving postcards, no picture preferences, just looking forward to that little connection to someone somewhere else in the world.
