Warm greetings from Indonesia :D

I am Ayomi and in here I tend to use this emoticon ( :D ) A LOT. It's a smiling-widely face seen sideways and I think it perfectly captures the happiness I feel anytime I write or receive a postcard.

I used to live in the UK and I really love the spring and winter there. Now I live in Yogyakarta, a sleepy town in Java that hosts one of the most active volcanoes in Indonesia: her majesty the moody Mt. Merapi (literally means The Mountain of Fire). She usually spits fire once or twice in 5-6 years.

In my spare time, I usually read, but sometimes I walk around just to take random pictures. I am interested in photography and history; and I love gardens (although I am bad at gardening), countryside, and anything about Ghibli and The Little Prince. Traveling is also one of my favorite activities.

I am a fan of Sherlock Holmes, Singto Prachaya Ruangroj (สิงโต ปราชญา เรืองโรจน์), Tomorrow X Together, Seventeen, MDZS, The Untamed, and Stealing Raden Saleh (Mencuri Raden Saleh -- it is on Netflix). If you happen to be in the same fandom(s), feel free to rant to me :D

I'd love to know about people and culture, so you could consider writing me something about:

- your favourite season(s)/book(s)/movie(s)/series/song(s)/singer(s),
- your most favourite city or the city where you live/grow up,
