Postcard TW-3141920

It's a funny thing about the image of the treetops in this photo: they could be viewed from almost angle and still look realistic, as they are clearly being seen from above, as if one were in an airplane. I do wish that it were easier to read the handwriting placed directly over the picture, though. Oh, well, might as well think of this as a good time to work on my guessing skills. Will also have to guess why the printed postmark on the front says "Republique Francaise", when the card was actually sent from Taiwan. Ah, well, another mystery!
