The Slovak Paradise covers an area of ​​210 km² in the districts of Spišská Nová Ves, Poprad and Rožňava. The rivers Hornád and Hnilec flow through it.
It is characterized by rugged terrain - gorges, streams with waterfalls and karst forms, which are accessible to tourists in the form of trails, in more demanding parts and technical aids.
