The mansion of Nikolay Sollogub, the creator and first editor of the Vladivostok newspaper, built in 1882, was one of the first stone buildings in Vladivostok.
The brick two-storey residential building with an attic and a three-story tower is made in a classic, emphatically monumental style. The tower, the large windows and the strict silhouette of the mansion resemble a Gothic castle. A memorial plaque with gorel'yefom of Nikolai Varlamovich Sollogub is installed on the house.

Особняк Николая Соллогуба - создателя и первого редактора газеты «Владивосток», построенный в 1882 году, стал одной из первых каменных построек во Владивостоке.
Кирпичный двухэтажный жилой дом с мансардой и трехэтажной башней выполнен в классическом, подчеркнуто монументальном стиле. Башней, большими окнами и строгим силуэтом особняк напоминает готический замок. На доме установлена мемориальная доска с горельефом Николая Варламовича Соллогуба.
