Thank you Red_and_Green for translation: It is a modified phrase taken from a very popular Polish lullaby for children. The original line goes like this:
"Aaa, kotki dwa, szaro-bure obydwa..."
which means:
"Aaa, the two cats, they are both grey and brown...".
And the changed phrase on the card:
"Aaa, kotki dwa, pozdrawiają obydwa" means:
"Aaa, the two cats, they are both sending you greetings" =D
