An interesting post card from Philippines featuring the Palawan Island province in the Mimaropa region. It lies between the South China Sea and the Sulu Sea.
It is composed of the long and narrow Palawan island plus a number of other smaller islands surrounding the main island. It is the largest province of Philippines in terms of total area of jurisdiction.
Its capital is Puerto Princesa City and is governed independently from the province.
