Tombstone of family Loser in the Fiumei Road Cemetery, the most famous cemetery in Budapest. The detail depicts face of Thanatos who was the personification of death in Greek mythology. Thanatos' task was to appear at the moribund at the time specified by the Moirai, to cut a lock of his hair with his sword, and then to seize his soul and hand it over to Hermes, who would accompany the deceased to the Underworld. The statue of Thanatos is holding a sword in his hand and is trampling on the corpse of a young man.
