I'm Brian, a writer/photographer/filmmaker that endeavors to create great works that will continue to exist long after I'm gone.

I've been keeping journals since I was a teenager, and now make my own hardcover leather books. I also collect lots of ephemera from my travels such as bus tickets, food labels, maps, museum brochures, etc., and have saved every letter and postcard anyone has ever sent me. As you can imagine, this is a lot of paper that continues to accumulate into archival boxes. My future antiquarian will surely have a dream!

I recently moved to Maine after having lived in DC, Philadelphia, New York, Chicago, Seattle, and abroad in China, Poland, Malta, and most recently in Ukraine, where I worked as an English teacher. I published a book about my experiences, which you can find here:
