Hi, My name is Yuko. I am Japanese and live in Kagoshima, a city in the most southern part of the Kyusyu region.
I appreciate cards with beautiful scenery,cathedrals, and World Heritage sites, but all cards are welcome. I'll appreciate your choice!
My favorite books so far are : The Pillars of the Earth, Howl's Moving Castle, and The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo series. Ever since I read “The Pillars of the Earth”, I have been fascinated by cathedrals. It’s amazing how ancient people built elaborate buildings without machines.
I also love watching dramas, especially Supernatural, Doctor Who, and Sherlock.
I love scuba diving and traveling and so hope to, one day, travel the world , visit beautiful places and explore the seas myself, which is difficult under current circumstances. Hopefully Postcrossing will bring me the joy of seeing new places that I haven't had a chance to travel to yet.
I used to have penpals and exchange snail mail internationally when I was a junior high school student. I remember the excitement I felt when I received postcards from foreign countries and look forward to feeling the same excitement again from Postcrossing.
