About Geert...
Hello
My name is Geert and I live in The Netherlands (near the German border). I was a teacher of a primary school, since a few years I am retired. Now I fill my days with gardening, walking, biking (like most Dutch people), reading and courses (art). And 2 days a week I work as a volunteer (Unicef, archivist).
I like travelling, this summer I visited Ethiopia. It was the first time I was in Africa. I was often in Asian and Eastern Europe. In my country Amsterdam is my favorite town, nice museums and old buildings.
If you send me a card, I like: cards of your town/country with buildings, landscapes, art (paintings are my favorite), men.
