Hello! I'm 32 and living in the university city Leuven. Some of my hobbies are penpaling and bookcrossing/bookmooch... exchanging letters and books around the world. So this website really appealed to me as well! Plus I happen to collect (all kinds of) postcards. I love animals, nature, books, movies, history, walking, cycling, being a vegetarian... and receiving mail. :-)
I like any type of postcard but if you really don't know what to send, I love the following themes:
* viewcards from your country/region/city (US: I collect cards from different states/mapcards/nature reserves)
* animals and nature
* Native Americans
* windmills / lighthouses
* sunsets / sunrises / rainbows
* water: seas, oceans, lakes, rivers / sky
* extreme sports / stunts
* sailboats / SUV's
* ruins / castles
* books / libraries
* mailboxes / letterwriting
* Cards with nature/animals drawings/pictures from Marjolein Bastin / Rachael Hale
Don't hesitate to surprise me either! There are lots of lovely cards out there, so it really doesn't have to be one of the above themes.
Please tell me something about you, your town/city/country. Book recommendations are always welcome as well! :-)
