We (Sally & David) live on the Lake Michigan shore in southwest Michigan, USA with two little Devon Rex kittys.

Our nearby village, Saugatuck, MI, is a tourist attraction.

Sally retired from career as Quality Assurance Engineer
David retired from teaching Spanish and History at a High School level.

We researched and wrote two books on the Old World folk art of Fan-Carving. That is making a wooden bird by slicing wet wood into feathers and then turning and interlocking them to create wings and a tail ...a 3-dimensional design from one-piece-of-wood. We've traveled through USA, Canada, Finland, Sweden, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, Austria, Slovenia, Italy, Spain, Portugal & France.

We prefer postcards with postage stamps because we are stamp collectors.
