Hello! My name's Victoria and I live in the suburbs near Los Angeles, California. I graduated in Linguistics and work in the publishing industry. I enjoy watching foreign films, trying different food, and traveling!

I would love to get postcards that represent your culture (food, festivals, famous people, etc.). I am interested in getting UNESCO World Heritage Sites or famous landmarks where you live. Rococo-style art, shiba inu/huskies, and Gotochi cards are also something I'd be happy to receive. Whatever the case, I would like to get a variety of cards so I'm sure I'll appreciate whatever you send me.

Please make sure to write something and not just send an empty card with "Happy Postcrossing" on it. If you're stuck on ideas, tell me about your favorite food that your hometown specializes in; I like trying different types of world cuisines so I am interested to know. You can also recommend me your favorite book or movie.

Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could teach me a word, phrase, or saying from your native language. I am an aspiring polyglot and I just love learning different languages :)
