Moi! I'm 40 years old mother of two. My teenager kids are also postcrossers. We live by a lake in the countryside of central Finland, in a real paradise on Earth. At the moment we have 3 cats and in the summer some chicken.

I like nature and animals, gardening, reading, crafts, travelling, different cultures, languages, movies etc. - and postcards of these things! :)
I also love Geocaching and BookCrossing! (To find out what they are about, please check www.bookcrossing.com and www.geocaching.com, my username in those is Santala.)

I collect cards of the UNESCO World Heritage sites, brown colour, maps, books & reading, cats, the Moon, angels... You can see my collections in Flickr (link above).

Unusual and thought provoking cards or clever ad cards are also welcome and so are The Earth from the Air (or any same kind of) cards. Or is there maybe a wooden church near you? I like anything simple and peaceful. Nice stamps are also appreciated.

I'm interested to know what is the thing you appreciate most in your own country. It would also be great if you could recommend a good book to me or to my 14-year-old daughter. We are bookworms and I list all the tips we get! :)
