I am a retired IT consultant settling down having spent several years following the flag with my husband. I have two grown up daughters who are settled in their careers. I love walking gardening and reading and my Kindle is my favourite gadget. We have a new puppy. Born December 2011. She is a labradoodle called Maisie and she keeps me very busy. She is terrific company on my walks. My favourite books are 'cosy mysteries' I especially like to find a set of them with a theme - like those set in a cookie shop,antique shop, estate agent . I also look for novels set in areas that I know - like Portsmouth or Winchester. I love all postcards ansd am slowly covering the walls of my home office with them. All visitors comment on them and love to see where they are from. My eyesight is no longer very good so please excuse the printing on the cards!!
