Have wonderful home across from large parkway under geese migration flight path outside Sacramento in Northern California.

I am retired with work backgrounds in teaching, restaurant management, transportation rentals, small business ownership (Leather work, jewelry, Real Estate, Fire/Flood Restoration), sales: professional Roller-Hockey (Sacramento River Rats), professional CFL football (Sacramento Goldminers), professional Golf (Raley's Senior PGA Golf Tournament) , family entertainment water-park management, non-profit/small business mentorship through regional Chamber of Commerce...whew!

Happily married with 4 wonderful children (all out of the nest) and 3 handsome grandsons.

Blessed to have traveled extensively...top 5 favorite spots: Negril, Jamaica, Tromso, Norway, Cotswolds, England, Costa Rica & Florence Italy. Lived in Mexico, Jamaica and Greek Islands...spent a year backpacking around Europe and Egypt...loved Istanbul, Paris, Italy, Greece, Yugoslavia; now Croatia) Costa Rica.....been to all the Caribbean Islands....Drove through England, Ireland, Scotland...kissed the Blarney Stone...drove across Canada and US many times. Spent many summers as a youth on Uncle's farm, hunting, fishing, baling, hay, sloppin' hogs. shuckin' corn and gathering' eggs in Oklahoma.
Recently traveled to Iceland, Spain, Sweeden, Norway; hiked 50 miles through Cotswolds in UK. river cruise through Netherlands Germany, France and Belgium, Trans-Atlantic cruise from Puerto Rico to Barcelona, Jamaica & Cayman Islands, took river cruise from Budapest down Danube to Germany and took River Wine Cruise in France...Visited all Hawaiian Islands....Just got back from Costa Rica, travelled to Germany and Switzerland in June...Norway-Arctic Circle...stayed in Ice Hotel.... Northern Lights in January '24. Went to Washington DC in May and up the Mississippi to the Great Lakes in August. Next big trip to China in September. Plans for Niagra Falls, NY., hike around Lake Como, Machu Picchu and Katmandu in 2025.

At 60, I learned to play electric Bass and play Classic Rock and Blues for myself and some YouTube vids of my short-lived band .."Another Day in Paradise". Now taking up Ukulele and Piano.

Hobbies are gardening, cooking, travel, painting inspirational messages on small rocks and leaving for random people on all my travels...Best known result: a rock of mine saying "You CAN Do It" was found many years later on top of Mt. McKinley Alaska (now Denali) ...I did not put it there!
