Vancouver is a beautiful city, with many beaches and a very modern downtown area. The mountains are only 20-30 minutes away by car, so plenty of skiing in winter right on our doorstep. It's truly multicultural here and we all get along well, celebrating our diversity and learning from one another about our traditions and way of living.

I prefer cycling over driving, and walking over jogging. I like collage, gardening, reading, knitting and crochet. My favourite kind of postcards: staircases (inside or outside), public art, museum artifacts, coral plants or creatures, colours purple or yellow or both, dance, maze or labyrinth, maps, doors/gates/entrance ways, children's toys or book illustrations, handmade, black and white, something unusual, Beatles, aurora borealis .... but of course I'll be pleased with any kind.
