Hi there, I'm Ramona and I live in Toronto. I think Toronto is an amazing city and you should all come and visit!
I am a Nurse Educator and am proud to be a nurse for over 20 years. I have had the opportunity to work in Saudi Arabia in the '90's and travelled extensively. I still love to jump on a plane whenever I can and feel adventure whenever I am at an airport.
I am married to Dr. Dolittle and we have no kids but do have a houseful of pets. Two border(line)-collie dogs, and a couple of Siamese cats. We all get along ;)
Since joining postcrossing I have started looking forward to receiving mail again.
I enjoy all kinds of postcards that show something special about where they are from or something particulary interesting to the person who is sending me a card. Pictures of cities, streets, buildings, people, food, recipes, animals, gardening,flowers,nature, your last vacation, a photograph you took, vintage, retro, goth,pop art, art deco,UNESCO heritage sites, archeology, anthropology, celebrities, funny,inspirational,odd,homemade,creative, ad, free, cardboard food boxes, black and white, colourful or re-sent. I appreciate them all is what I am trying to say. I am a connector, not a collector- although I do have a special box where I keep all of my received postcards.
