I think that traditional snail mail is a dying art. To me there is nothing like getting something hand written through your post box with a beautiful postage stamp on the back from someone in another country. I love the randomness of Postcrossing, of strangers coming and going, of never knowing who I will meet through my mail box, it's like fate interweaving.

I love photography and art, so I would be very happy to receive a postcard of your favourite painting, or a black and white postcard that you like. Anything to do with music will also make my day.

I love vintage postcards and postcards of the glamorous women of the 1950s, Ava Gardner, Audrey Hepburn, Elizabeth Taylor, Grace Kelly, Sophia Loren and of course Marilyn Monroe.

In the end though, I will honestly be happy with anything you send me, I am open to anything, just as long as it has a little of who you are written on the back.

Anything you want to share with me will make my day. I love music and simply can't live without it - so please - tell me your favourite song, or the first album you bought, or your favourite line from a song you love.

I look forward to a chance meeting with you through a postcard.

To send a letter is a good way to go somewhere
