Hi.
My name is Petra and I live in a small town in Germany. I live here with my husband, my little daughters and our dog Rocky.

I am close to nature and love to grow vegetables and flowers. I also like to cook or read books (thriller). I'm also interested in history and like to read biographies or novels. Jane Austen is my favourite author.
I like watching period dramas (e.g. series by the BBC, Downton Abbey), classic movies (e.g. black and white), american TV shows.

I love the sea. I like to travel to the North Sea or the North Atlantic. Especially in autumn I enjoy a walk in the strong wind watching the rough sea.

Postcards? I would say, “Send something that you yourself would enjoy receiving”. But if you like more direction than that -

Send me something that is typical for your country, your city or the area you live in:

wild animals (I love wolves), famous people from your country (dead or alive), Royal Family ....etc.

I also love "Nouvelle Image"

A viewcard/touristcard would be fine for me, too. It would be nice if the name of your city/country stands on the card.

You can send me a Christmas / New Years / Country Specific Holiday / Birthday card when the time comes as well.

I especially like it when you write something about yourself or your daily life, your traditions or just describe the picture on the card - I would be pleased if you could write the date on the postcard and paint a symbol for the weather (a sun, cloud, snowflake....).
