About Monika...
I'm 23 years old. This year I have finished my studies at university and now have a bachelor degree in philology. I work as a librarian, write articles once in a while and love to do that. I enjoy listening to music, watching movies, volunteering and handworks, especially cross-stitching.
Other things I'm interested in or simply love (random order):
♥ native american indians, their culture / aborigines / native people
♥ old, retro, vintage
♥ black and white / colorful
♥ fashion, interior design
♥ 30's, 40's, 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's
♥ Twilight saga
♥ people / nature
♥ art (particularly Claude Monet, Vladimir Kush)
♥ fairies
♥ cupcakes
♥ hot air balloons
♥ babies, cute, romantic pictures
♥ old advertisements from 30's, 40's, 50's
♥ Coca-Cola advertisements (old and modern)
♥ river, lake, sea, ocean and other related things, eg. ships, lighthouses
♥ rain, stormy weather
♥ misty forest, mist
♥ Inge Löök, Kaj Stenvall, Anne Taintor collections

♥ other beautiful stuff, etc... Check out my favorites! :)
In summary: I'd like to know more about you, to learn about your culture, about the people and daily life of your country (native people, national costumes, meals, etc). But every single postcard is welcome. I'm open for surprises! :)
My BIRTHDAY is on the 30th October, so birthday cards are very welcome around that date ;) And CHRISTMAS postcards are very welcome in Christmas season!
ON THE POSTCARD: Write me the name of YOUR FAVORITE BOOK and the reason why it's worth reading :) Also it would be nice if you could write something in your language (with translation into english, of course), eg. a proverb that you like.
Please, write down the DATE of sending postcard. Thanks!
If you're from Germany or GERMAN speaking country, please, write in german! :)
