About Nancy...

Hello. My name is Nancy and I am the mother of two girls ages 23 and 27 and have one granddaughter age 5. I live in a medium size town near Sacramento, the capital of California.

Traveling is a love of mine but don't get to do enough of it. Bicycling, hiking, photography, quilting and lace making are all passions of mine as well. I also love maps of any kind, old and new.

I find a lot of enjoyment in cooking and wine tasting. If you have a good recipe to share I would love you to put it on the card. I am a vegetarian but can adapt most recipes.

I'm a huge fan of Doctor Who and Torchwood and would love any kind of postcard related to those two shows.

My favorite band for over 15 years is the Proclaimers!! I love those adorable twins and their fantastic music.

Chickens have a special place in my heart. So send any postcards with fun living chickens on them, cartoon or otherwise.

If you have a Inga Look postcard of the old ladies, I love to receive them.

Collecting postcards of all kinds is something I've done most my life. When I travel I even send them to myself. It’s a great way to remind me of the place I have been too as well as documenting the time I was there.
