I am a 38 year old woman, I love connecting with and meeting new people. I am living as a single (co-parent) mother in the beautiful old city of Utrecht. My daughter Tessa (11) and I have 3 cats (2 kittens, so cute) and 2 guinea-pigs as pets. Together we are a lovely and warm family.
As hobbies, I love to cook and organise dinner parties in combination with nice wines. I try out new recipies from all kind of cookbooks.
To keep my body and mind tuned to the universe, I practise yoga frequently. Three years ago I got rid of my car, out of environmental reasons and now I use my bicycle in Utrecht and train across the Netherlands. Especially when I visit my family (parents, brother and grandmother) who live on the island of Texel, one of the Dutch Wadden Islands.
The last years I have traveled with and without my daughter. For example to America and Canada, Thailand, Jordan, Egypt, China and many European countries. We just returned from Florida enjoying Disney. Being on the road or on an airport gives me thrills, I love to meet new cultures, being surprised by the differences and similarities. I get a lot of new energy from cities like Barcelona, Rome or New York.
Tell me something about yourself or about your country on the card. Cards I would really like to receive, are colourfull, I really love PINK, or unusual cards. Funny and shining. Showing how great life can be, or something like that ;-). Make my day, since receiving a card is a wonderful surprise in itself!
