About Nea...

I'm almost-30-years-old woman/girl from Finland, Kuopio. I'm married and I have a 6-year-old son. (Nowadays he's also a postcrosser, his nickname is NikoAulis.) My family also includes my husband and two pets (a dog and a bunny).

My hobbies are jigsaw puzzles, crossword puzzles and taking pictures. I've recently started to enjoy reading and have found time to do some handicraft (I'm currently making a quilt from my son's old baby clothes, but that's a project that seems to be moving on pretty slowly..). My latest reading project was the Twilight Saga :) I read all 4,5 book in about two weeks and have watched all the movies and can't wait to see Breaking Dawn on film too! I also liked the Nora Roberts fantasy trilogy (Morrigan's cross). And I'm a sucker for thrillers too -my latest obsession is James Patterson. His book Honeymoon was so good, that it almost beat Twilight!

But as my latest motto goes: I don't suffer from loss of reality, I enjoy it!

When it comes to postcards, I'm quite easy to please; I love almost all kinds of cards. (My biggest dislikes are cards with flowers or dogs or cats, because I see those things so much in the real life as well..)

I would love a postcard
- flags
- maps (any kind: metro, areas, countries, cut-to-shape, etc)
- Twilight-related card (especially Eclipse)
- USA state license plate cards
- USA capitol buildings
- big airplanes (single view of close-ups)
- Kaj Stenvall
- Die Duckomenta
- famous buildings
- strange architecture
- cards showing multiples of things
- black&white pictures with a colored detail in it
- Nouvelles images, Inkognito and Illustris
- cards published by: Tashita, Gurtraht, Art Unlimited and Galleryx
- Nasa/space/universe/planet/stars/etc would also be very appreciated

And if you have these cards or cards similar to these, I would dance with joy: http://www.flickr.com/photos/nezzukka/favorites/ or http://picasaweb.google.fi/nezzukka/WANTEDCARDS#

I would also like to know about you or your country/city, so don't be afraid to write! Write anything you want!

I prefer cards written and stamped, because then I feel the card comes to life :)

Please, put a date to the postcard. I want to keep these cards for forever so it's nice to know when I've received them.

You can see almost all of my received postcards here: http://picasaweb.google.fi/nezzukka

PS: Si eres espanol, por favor escribe me en espanol ;) (Yo hablo solo un poco pero quiero estudiar mas.)

PPS: I often put an address sticker to the cards I send. But no preassure! This doesn't mean that I'm expecting a return card from you -it's because then I remember better to put the ID on the card.

Yes I know this is a big profile for you to read, but it gives you a chance to know something about me. Afterall, you'll be sending me a postcard which hopefully shares something of you ;)
